About Me


The creative mind and founder of Breathe Yourself Calm, and I’m SO glad you’re here.

I’m a health-obsessed women’s well-being practitioner who guides women to building better lifestyle habits to reduce stress and live healthier happier, more vibrant lives.

How did I get here?

As someone who used to be chronically stressed I know how hard it can be just to get through the day and how exhausting it is to live like this.

After obtaining all my  qualifications I spent years dedicated to finding a simple and easy to follow path for others to building healthier habits that would reduce stress and create the foundation for a great lifestyle.
